1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 63 ph1 ("63 ph1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 63 ph1 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by 63 ph1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 63 ph1.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 63 ph1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 63 ph1 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 63 ph1, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 63 ph1 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

63 ph1 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 63 ph1, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 63 ph1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 63 ph1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 63 ph1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 63 ph1 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your 63 ph1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 63 ph1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 63 ph1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 63 ph1 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Same-day processing is available for GCash withdrawals during standard business hours, subject to verification status.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 63 ph1 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Transaction Fees: 63 ph1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 63 ph1 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 63 ph1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before participation.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means deemed abusive by 63 ph1 may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• 63 ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus or new player promotion once. Attempting to claim a new player bonus using multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 63 ph1 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) games on 63 ph1 are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Certification details are available upon request.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. The results of live dealer games are final and binding once the game round has concluded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, 63 ph1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during a game round, 63 ph1's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. 63 ph1 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Game Errors: In the event of a software error, miscalculation, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 63 ph1 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly. Winnings resulting from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63 ph1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 63 ph1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of 63 ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 63 ph1.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63 ph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

63 ph1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63 ph1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 63 ph1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

63 ph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

63 ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 63 ph1 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or Platform operations, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint resolution procedures.
